involved with is insured against various possible title defects.
What does Title Insurance cover?
The policy specified items the title insurance protect against, such as another
person claiming an ownership interest, improperly recorded documents, fraud, forgery,
liens encroachments, easements and other items.
How is a Title Policy created?
As soon title is ordered from a title company, the title company starts a search
of public records, which may include the County Records, Federal and State agencies, and
County and City offices. A preliminary report is issued for review and approval to parties
involves in the transaction.
