    -Offer, counter-offer, deposit and terms.
    -Escrow and disclosures.

  • The importance of:
    -Home inspection, warranty and valuation.
    -Termite report and clearance.
    -Title, fire, flood & earthquake insurance.

  • The closing process:
    -Loan documents.
    -Transferring and recording.
    -Closing statement and your keys!
